Privacy

Very little. This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no cookies. It sets nothing that identifies you. The only personal data involved is the IP address your browser sends to our host, and whatever you choose to put in an email if you write to us.

What does this site collect?

Nothing that you type, because there is nothing to type into. There is no sign-up, no account, no basket and no form on this site that sends anything anywhere. The filter search runs entirely in your browser — what you type into it is never sent to us.

Two things happen anyway, because they happen on every website:

Personal data processed by this site, why, and for how long
WhatWhyHow long
Your IP address, in our host's server logsUnavoidable in delivering a web page, and used to keep the site up and block attacks. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.Held briefly by Cloudflare as part of running their network. We cannot browse, export or keep those logs ourselves.
Your email address and message, if you write to usSo we can answer you and correct our data when you tell us it is wrong. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.Kept while the query is open and for a reasonable period after, then deleted.

Does this site use cookies?

No. Not one — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for anything. That is also why you have not been shown a cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you to consent to.

What is stored on my device?

Two small things, both kept on your device and never sent to us:

Clearing your browser's site data removes both. Neither is used to track you across sites, and neither leaves your device.

Who else sees my data?

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site, so requests pass through their network and appear in their logs. They act as our processor. Beyond that, nobody. There are no third-party scripts on this site — no analytics provider, no advertising network, no embedded widgets, no fonts loaded from anyone else's server.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone, and there is no mailing list.

What are my rights?

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to us using it. In practice, unless you have emailed us, we are very unlikely to hold anything about you at all.

To exercise any of those, email support@sixtydayclub.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

How do I complain?

Tell us first if you can — it is usually quicker. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not need our permission to do that.

Who is responsible for this site?

Sixty Day Club is an independent UK project. It is the data controller for the small amount of processing described above.

The way to reach us about anything on this page is support@sixtydayclub.co.uk.

Will this notice change?

It will have to, if the site starts doing more. Adding a reminder mailing list, or selling anything, would mean new processing and this page would be updated before that went live — not afterwards. The date it was last checked is at the foot of every page.
